Pre-K Goes To The Zoo

We spent the day at the zoo with all the Pre-K classes!
We were by ourselves for most of the time,
but Luna had fun with the friends we were able to see!

And Kelley finished Luna's room today!
Is it SO cute!!

I upset (changed) my mind

After getting her face painted like a cat:

It's Saturday! 89er's Day!

Another big day!!
We started it of by going to see Juan at the Street Kings Hot Rod Cookout.

Then it was off to the parade.
We met up with my old friend Lindsey and her daughter Mae Mae
Wow, it was long and it rained though some of it.
Crazy weather man said it would be nice :)

This is my lil bro walking with the boy scouts.

After a street lunch, it was on to face paintings!

This was the first time for Mae Mae and Luna to meet and they hit it right off.

Next stop the carnival!

What a wonderful day!! So much fun and now I'm so tired!

I ♥ My Princess

I enjoyed my day with my Princess!
This morning we had lunch from the food trailers that are here with the carnival celebrating 89er's day and got her face painted. Then after browsing all the antique shops we headed to sonic for a slushy to cool ourselves off. I love my colorful lady!

Later this evening the Princess went to McDonald's
In the first picture, she is pretending to get out of her carriage!
Oh, what a world this would be if we all had an imagination like a child!

What better way to end the night, but with The Princess and The Frog!
But sadly the Princess was all tuckered out from her big day and fell fast asleep!

A couple weeks ago she fell asleep like this watching The Tale of Despereaux.
She's so cute, even when she's sleeping.

I better go to bed too. We have another big day ahead of us tommorow.
A parade, a concert and a carnival!

We went on a lil adventure today with are friends Anna and Neil.
Our search for Blue Bonnets was successful and fun!!

While eating at church, Luna was under the table.
I asked her if she dropped something and she said,
"No I just dropped myself"

Is Jesus a kid?, cause I want Him to play with me.

After getting her bangs cut:
Now, I look like an adult.

This cereal tastes like flies

While praying:
Help Jesus, so He does not die on the cross again.

Yesterday.....

At the end of a busy day,
we headed over to my Uncle's house so Luna could see their baby chicks.
While there, Natalie and Luna drove the tractor around,
it was a lil scary, but they are both still alive :)

I love the golden light of the sunset.
Kyla looks so angelic in it, so I snapped a few pix of her.

And on the way home we found a cow in the road.
He mooed loudly at us.

On April (Appril according to Luna) Fools Day:
Me: Are you going to play any jokes today?
Luna: No, I don't like jokes, but I might play one on a boy.

Luna: Why do you have a spider on your head?
Juan: what?
Luna: Appril Fools Day!!!

I ♥ Cyber Friends!!

Today I got to meet up with my photographer/cyber friend Jennifer.
I think Jimmy's Egg is our official meeting place.
Our first meeting last October was there.
She lives in Nebraska and Guthrie is right on her way to her parents house in Texas.
I enjoyed seeing you again!!

Luna is right between her girls in age.

They had fun laughing and playing together.

Yesterday was the twins b-day and Luna got them a lil present
and of course she had to take a picture of it.
(spoon not part of gift :)

So calm and cool, reminded me of the summer evenings to come.
How God sends a cool breeze to to finish off the hot day.

We got to meet Baby Neil in the park for a lil play/photo shoot date.
He looked so cute in his first Easter suit.

These two always have so much fun together!

Easter Party @ School

Today was Luna's Easter Party at school.
Yay for sugar!! (NOT)
Aren't their bags the cutest

They rode the Trolley to the nursing home to sing to the residents and to hunt eggs!

She was really excited to see the Easter Bunny!
